How much does it cost for the counseling and what is the recommended frequency?

All services are offered on an hourly basis at an hourly rate of $150.00 USD.

Frequency may be customizable for students and families based on their unique needs.

Appointments should be scheduled at least a month in advance to ensure consistency and follow-through.

Are there different packages or payment plans?

All services are offered on an hourly basis. This approach is centered on the belief that college support should be accessible, ensuring that you only pay for what you need to build a standout and unique application story, regardless of where you are in your academic journey.

Payments are collected at the start of the month for all appointments scheduled in that month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.

How are meetings conducted?

All meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom, with video and audio, and AI transcription may be used. By joining the meeting, you consent to the recording.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No.

When should students ideally start working with you?

The earlier a student begins building their application story, the more time they have to convey dedication, impact, and value to universities.

The most important time in the process begins in March of junior year, when we begin building a college list that aligns with your vision and long-term goals. After AP exams, students then begin working on crafting their college essays and developing their applications.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice from the appointment time. For completed appointments, cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours or missed scheduled appointments, no refunds will be issued.

Is there an agreement to sign?

Yes, if it seems like a mutually good fit after the free consultation, you will be provided with a service agreement with all terms for your signature.
