Referral Program Policy

Our Referral Program is built on the trust and success of our families. We deeply value parents and students who share their positive experience with others. To maintain fairness and clarity, the following outlines the official terms of our ongoing referral program.

1. Program Eligibility & Scope

The program is open to current clients and graduated (former) clients of LT College Admissions.

A qualifying referral is defined as:

A new high school student (grads 9-12)
Who has not previously scheduled a consultation or received services
And who enrolls in ongoing counseling services

The Referrer's name must be provided at the time of the intake or initial booking in order to qualify.

2. Incentives & Distribution

For every successful referral:

The Referrer receives:
- A $50 credit toward future services if they are a current client
- A $50 cash reward if they are a graduated client

Rewards are issued after the referred student completes their first three (3) paid sessions.

Credits are applied to future invoices. Cash rewards for graduated families are issued within 14 days of eligibility confirmation.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a family may make.

3. Compliance & Fair Play

Referrals must be new families not previously in our system.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash (except for graduated clients as noted above).
Rewards apply only to ongoing counseling services, not one-time consultations unless otherwise stated.
LT College Admissions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Any misuse or misrepresentation of referrals may result in disqualification.
